A specialist in residential and commercial appraisals, Paul has been active in property evaluations since graduating from Washington State University with a B.A. in finance in 1977.   

          Prior to forming Henderson & Associates, Inc. in 1987, he was a staff appraiser and construction inspector for Pacific First Federal Savings & Loan from 1978 to 1983, and was a fee appraiser for Chamberlin & Associates from 1984 to 1986.

         Paul obtained the professional designation of SRA (Senior Residential Appraiser) in 1982 and MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) in 1991.
