Woody, specializes in residential appraisals with an emphasis on new construction.  He has his general certification and is approved to complete FHA, VA and commercial appraisals.

Prior to joining Henderson & Associates, Inc. in 1991, Woody was previously a Real Estate Broker for eighteen years.

Woody is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and is actively involved in the local Columbia Basin Chapter.
